A man in his thirties, living in Woippy, was arrested this Saturday evening, April 16, in his car while he was smoking a joint. The police officers of the Specialized Field Brigade (BST) of Metz checked his vehicle parked on Avenue de Thionville, in Woippy, noting a strong smell of cannabis in the passenger compartment. Products were also found inside his car.
