Hotman Paris decided to resign from Peradi. However, the polemic of resignation Hotman Paris it hasn’t stopped.
Hotman Paris justified himself out of Peradi. Only, Hotman was reluctant to reveal the reason.
“Regarding the reason why I left, I don’t need to explain, there is a time because I am a conducive person,” said Hotman.
Alluding to a Dance Advocate
Initially, Hotman did not mention the name Otto Hasibuan at all. However, only after that did Hotman poke fun at Otto’s name by inviting him to have a discussion regarding dancing advocates and nightclub ownership.
“An appeal to television stations throughout Indonesia is that you would like to invite Dr. Otto Hasibuan, Chairman of Peradi, and Dr. Hotman Paris to have a positive discussion, in a family manner, about what is wrong with someone who happens to be an advocate but also has dozens of clubs, dozens of restaurants that provide a place to dance,” said Hotman in the received video detik.comFriday (15/4/2022).
“Is it one of the people dancing even though that person happens to be an advocate,” he continued.
In addition, Hotman invited Otto to discuss whether or not lawyers own a Lamborghini car. In essence, he invites Otto a discussion about whether or not lawyers present their wealth to the public.
“Secondly, is one of the advocates who happens to be an advocate driving a Lamborghini and it is published in the mass media? We are grateful if there is a television station that invites Dr. Hotman Paris and Dr. Otto Hasibuan’s friend,” said Hotman.
Hotman’s resignation is still being considered
Chairman of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) Otto Hasibuan admitted that he was still considering Hotman Paris’ resignation as a member of Peradi. Otto reasoned that Hotman Paris’ resignation violated the laws and regulations.
“So the bottom line is that we are considering his resignation, because we will discuss it from the point of view of the Advocate Law,” Otto said when contacted. detik.comFriday (15/4).
