Weather – Offenbach am Main – Sun and mild temperatures on the Easter weekend in Hesse – Panorama

Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – Lots of sun and few clouds – the Easter weekend in Hesse will be friendly and mild. After a rather cloudy start to the day, Holy Saturday will be mostly sunny, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Friday in Offenbach. The temperatures are therefore between 13 degrees in northern Hesse and 17 degrees on the Rhine and Main. In the higher mountains, the weather service predicted around 10 degrees.

In the night to Sunday it cools down to four to minus two degrees. It remains clear that frost must be expected near the ground. According to the DWD, the sun will shine on Easter Sunday. The temperatures climb to 16 to 19 degrees, at high altitudes to 12 degrees. There is also a weak wind blowing from easterly directions.

On Monday night the sky will be partly cloudy. Temperatures drop to four to minus two degrees. A slight frost near the ground is to be expected again. On Easter Monday, some higher cloud fields will move over Hesse, as the DWD explained. In between, the sun shines brightly. It stays dry with pleasant temperatures between 16 and 19 degrees.
