According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the plan to “mobilize” 26,000 “reservists” from ORDLO to the Russian ground forces has actually been thwarted. Men of draft age (18-65 years old) avoid conscription in every possible way, not wanting to become “cannon fodder”.
According to preliminary data from the Main Intelligence Directorate, these “mobilized” were to be used to equip 17 rifle regiments as part of the combined arms armies of the Southern and Western military districts of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, for the personnel who nevertheless managed to be attracted, they do not conduct any exercises or briefings, but supply them with ammunition and weapons unsuitable for use.
Intelligence also reports that “recruits” promise “recruits” that they will supposedly guard roads, military installations, improve defense positions and perform other non-combat tasks. However, as practice shows, “mobilized” from ORDLO as the least valuable resource are used by the occupiers for “reconnaissance in force” in order to identify the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
