In Niort, Inter Mutuelles assistance is recruiting its seasonal workers. 200 assistance officer positions are available to strengthen the IMA teams this summer. It is Part-time fixed-term contract aimed at students or job seekers.
For studentsIMA specifies that it is a seasonal contract of two to four months part-time (80%) from June to September, according to their availability, the month of August being necessarily included in the duration of the contract. For job seekers, this seasonal contract can become a fixed-term contract at 80% until December 2022. The positions are in alternating hours, including weekends and nights. The average remuneration for an 80% is 1539€ gross per month to which are added the surcharges provided for by company agreements (work on weekends, public holidays and at night, 13th month and holiday bonuses).
Assistance officers answer the phone, 24/7. “In concrete terms, this means, for example, helping a beneficiary who has broken down on the motorway, an injured holidaymaker or the victim of a theft of his bank card on the other side of the world or who has just lose your keys”specifies IMA in a press release.
How to apply?
Candidates can send their CV only on the job site forIMA GIE. Those who will be selected will be invited from March 10 to a collective digital information meeting. There will then be individual interviews and, once the contract has been signed, the seasonal workers will follow a one-week training course.
