Bam Margera (42) was fired from the “Jackass 4” movie and sued his former colleagues. Now he has turned.

Published:

Brandon Cole “Bam” Margera, as he was originally called, passed away last summer the court way with charges against Johnny Knoxville (51), Spike Jonze (52) and director Jeff Tremaine (55).

The 42-year-old claimed in the lawsuit that the three colleagues forced him to sign an agreement he described as “Mental torture”.

The lawsuit was also filed against Paramount Pictures, MTV, Dickhouse Entertainment and Gorilla Flicks.

But now the site shows TMZ to new court documents in which it appears that Margera is requesting that the lawsuit be canceled. According to TMZ, all indications are that the parties have now entered into a financial agreement, where the content is kept away from the public.

Conditions

The website shows an excerpt from the papers, where Margera writes that he agrees that he can not negotiate a new “Jackass” role unless he completes a rehabilitation program of at least 90 days.

The TV celebrity also writes that he knows he must stay drug-free and only take medication that is medically approved by the rehabilitation center. Margera also understands that there are conditions associated with any future cooperation.

This is not the first time it has stormed around Margera and his former Jackass colleagues. In June last year, it became known that Jeff Tremaine was given a legal ban by Bam Margera against approaching Tremaine, as well as the director’s wife and their two children.
