“The aggressor would have acted premeditated”

In a conversation with Successful, Juan Carlos Díaz Calderón, the lawyer of the victim under three years of age who was kidnapped and raped, reported that he is carrying out the pertinent steps so that the prosecutor immediately makes the request for preventive detention against the aggressor, identified as Juan Antonio Enriquez Garcia.

He also pointed out that the kidnapper is being defended by a court-appointed lawyer, but that a professional residing in Lima is being hired, with the aim of reducing his prison sentence.

In this line, when analyzing the case, the lawyer Díaz Calderón considered that Enriquez would have acted in a “premeditated manner” and that it would not be a person with schizophrenia, because “there is no document that proves said diagnosis.”

“He has driven his own vehicle with which he has kidnapped the injured minor and has been the one who has outraged her at her mother’s house,” he said.

In addition, he indicated that the aggressor is alone, after being arrested by the police, because he would not have the support of his relatives, and specified that the subject’s mother has been aggrieved by the citizens, who were outraged at the violent acts that Enriquez García would have carried out against a minor.

“The mother is an 85-year-old woman. She has been surprised by the situation and has been offended, because the population has gone to the lady’s house and has proceeded to attack the infrastructure of her house. The lady is practically oblivious to the acts that her son has carried out, but she pays the consequences of her son’s improper action, ”she added.

Finally, he referred to the state of health of the minor. “Her situation is stable. At this time, all the corresponding tests have been taken so that she can enter the operating room and perform the corresponding surgery. Let’s hope everything goes well, ”she declared.
