In Wednesday’s Exchange of Wives, spectators could watch the fates of Jiřina and Martina. Jiřina was horrified when she returned home, because in addition to the children, the ruined things that Martin had left there were waiting for her. How does Jiřina live after the Exchange and what does she remember the most?
Jiřina signed up for the Exchange mainly to check if her husband still cared about her. Even though she was doing well in Exchange, she wasn’t too excited about it. “I didn’t have a problem there, but when I came home and found out what I had destroyed, I was just angry,” Jiřina outlined.
According to her, she found a destroyed toaster, iron, frying pan and robotic vacuum cleaner at home. “She probably tried to clean it and threw the part that should be there out of the robotic vacuum cleaner. So my son had to order it for me. I didn’t contact my family because of that, I don’t have contact with them and I don’t even want to have one,” Jiřina added.
Jiřina allegedly felt good in the second family, but she had a problem with her dog, which still made her angry. The substitute partner checked the cleaning after her, but otherwise they allegedly went out of their way.
Her exchange, which she could not find, was quite dealt with in the Exchange. She was fired from the employment office. Her husband Martin complained that because he had to move his family financially, his childhood was running away. “I have a part-time job now and my husband never had a problem being home. He was glad to be with the children,” says Jiřina.
After the Exchange, she is glad to have the family she has. “I don’t want to change anything in our family. The exchange has strengthened our relations. But I try to change it so that I do not put such pressure on my husband as before,” concludes Jiřina.
