And then on Wednesday evening: At prime time, RTL showed “The Passion” as a TV event in the middle of Essen’s city center – the death and resurrection of Christ caused mockery and mockery on social networks, probably also because of the scenery from the Ruhr area.
RTL had enticed the viewers in the evening with a top-class casserole of stars: the former “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” winner Alexander Klaws mimicked Jesus personally, the Judas who betrayed him was “Bergdoktor” actor Mark Keller.
