The A27 motorway has been closed in a southerly direction from the Eemnes junction since 11 a.m. in order to be able to recover a truck that overturned at Bilthoven this morning. Traffic in the direction of Utrecht will be diverted via the A1 and A28. Rijkswaterstaat expects the road to be reopened by 3 p.m.
Two lanes were already closed this morning, leading to more than an hour’s delay in rush hour. One lane was closed until 11 a.m.
According to Rijkswaterstaat, the driver was not injured.
