Duo shoveled onto scooter, eyewitness heard ‘huge blow’

Two people on a scooter were kicked by a motorist in the center of Oss on Saturday evening. This happened around ten o’clock at the intersection of Oostwal with Hooghuisstraat. An eyewitness spoke of a ‘huge blow’.
