Bed & Breakfast kicks off the season with ‘new Frank & Rogier’

In the first episode of the new season we start with Reinie and Jos in North Brabant. The couple is extremely proud of their B&B, and perhaps even more so of all their animals. Alpacas Manco and Macho in particular have a high patting factor, although Theo and Roelof think they are llamas. “What are those beasts called, those that spit? Gambas, gampies?” Roelof shouts out loud when they visit the B&B. During the outing, he then asks if the critters are ‘gay’. “They are two brothers”, Reinie answers seriously.

Theo and Roelof have more to say: they slept well, but only that rooster… They also lack cupboard space and – there it is – more hooks.

The entrepreneurs then travel on to Sylvia and Willar in South Holland. Here too an animal theme: cows. The couple has been renovating their old cheese farm for no less than eight (!) years and each room has its own cow theme. Finally, the B&B owners visit the palace of Theo and Roelof, which they have been running for thirteen years in the heart of Scheveningen.

The idea of a B&B actually came about by accident and Theo initially didn’t want a B&B at all, until he saw what it yielded. Palace for next to nothingbut just different.

Bed & Breakfast can be seen every Friday at 8.30 pm on NPO1. Watch the first broadcast of the season here back.

Last summer it turned out that having a B&B is hipper than ever B&B Full of Love† Although the show was a huge success, unfortunately the candidates were less lucky in love. Yet Debbie has now found love.
