“This car is suspected to be the result of the disbursement or payment of a fictitious SPK in a corruption case at PT IAS,” he said.
However, the Banten Prosecutor’s Office investigator team is still investigating other assets from this project because it is suspected that the suspects received gratuities from the disbursement proceeds.
“Because this is a fictitious contract, we will continue to trace the total amount,” he concluded.
The Banten Prosecutor’s Office previously named one more suspect, namely the initials of IF as Vice President Business Development of PT Indopelita Aircraft Service and was immediately detained at the Pandeglang Rutan.
