KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Wednesday (6/4). In the meeting, approved the distribution of dividends of Rp. 60 per share for the 2021 financial year performance.
Head of the Financial Supervision Division of Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Erwin Djohan stated, JPFA’s management decided to distribute a dividend of Rp 60 per share.
If you look at RTI’s data, currently JPFA’s total outstanding shares are recorded at 11.73 billion, so that the total cash dividends distributed by JPFA are around Rp. 703.59 billion from the profit for the 2021 financial year. in 2020,” he said, Wednesday (4/6).

For comparison, in the financial year 2020 dividend payout ratio JPFA is at 51%. Throughout 2021, JPFA posted a net profit of IDR 2.02 trillion or increased by 119.57% yoy.
The increase in net profit was driven by an increase in net sales of IDR 44.88 trillion throughout 2021, which grew 21.42% compared to the previous year of IDR 36.96 trillion.
