Ann Dominique’s mother was shocked to learn that her daughter was dating René Froger’s son. “‘No,’ cried my mother, ‘not him. He had an accident when he was driving with too much alcohol.’ But yes, she saw how I beamed when I spoke to him on the phone. This man made me very happy.” And he still does.
So it’s a good thing for the couple that it won’t be long before Ann Dominique’s mother comes round. “After I introduced Danny, she was over, and she saw how nice and sweet he is. You can’t repeat people’s mistakes from the past all their lives.”

Ann Dominique, in turn, quickly feels at home with the family of her love. Although the first time in Blaricum was ‘a little crazy’, René immediately broke the ice. “He asked me what my favorite food was. If I didn’t like Chinese, I wouldn’t pass the test. It’s a very warm and normal family.”
The family will soon be expanded, because a second child is on the way. Last month, the couple announced that Ann Dominique is expecting. ‘We have fantastic news! Fallon is going to be a big sister. We really can’t wait,” the couple wrote with the two photos announcing the news. In the first photo, Fallon is smiling and holding a wooden sign that reads ‘Hooray! I’m going to be a big sister. In the second shot, she’s hanging by her parents’ hands, with Ann Dominique lovingly holding her growing belly.
