Musk posted the poll on Twitter on Tuesday, voting was possible until Wednesday. 73.6% of respondents would welcome an edit button, 26.4% were against. A total of 4.4 million people voted.

Twitter has said it will test this feature on its paid Twitter Blue service in the coming months. The test will help him “find out what works, what doesn’t and what is possible”. It is not yet clear whether the feature will be available to all users, the AP agency writes.
