The death of M.me Simone Bragard occurred on Saturday April 2 in Thionville, at the age of 97.
Born Liconnet on May 26, 1924 in Longlaville, she lived in Hettange-Grande. She had married Mr. Joseph Bragard on October 13, 1947, and experienced the pain of losing him in 1990. The couple had four children, Jean-Marc (deceased), Pascal (deceased), Francis (deceased) and Marie-Odile.
Eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren have expanded the family circle.
The deceased rests at the Battavoine funeral home in Thionville.
His funeral will be celebrated this Wednesday, April 6, at 10 a.m., in the Saint-Pierre de Thionville church.
