The second match of the semifinal series between Třinec and Mladá Boleslav did not offer much of a chance in the first period. Both teams bet on a careful defense, the home team Kacetl and the guest Krošelj did not have much work in the opening twenty minutes.

Sparta celebrates its second win
With a clear goal of claiming the second victory in the series, the Sparta hockey players entered the match against České Budějovice. And the opening third turned out great for them. In the 8th minute, Řepík won the playoffs for the first time, beating Hrachovina for the first time. For the second time, the crowded O2 Arena was able to applaud 74 seconds before the end of the opening period thanks to the emphasis of the Swedish forward in the service of the Prague residents Erik Thorell.

The goal did not fall in the second period, but when Gulaš lowered 49 seconds after the start of the third twenty-minute period, it seemed that the match could lead to a dramatic ending. However, Sparta quickly dispelled all South Bohemian hopes for a turnaround. Four minutes later, Moravčík returned a two-goal lead, and when Tomášek added a fourth goal fifty seconds later, the winner was decided. In the 49th minute, he overcame Hrachovina Chlapík and closed the score in the final 5: 1.
