(Video) West Ham’s Aaron Cresswell’s boots rooted Richarlison in the ribs – SpySports Sports & Football News

West Ham star and Liverpool supporter Aaron Cresswell avoided a red card in the Hammers’ 2-1 loss to Frank Lampard’s side today after appearing to kick Everton’s Richarlison in the ribs.

Cresswell had put the hosts ahead with a delightful free kick past Jordan Pickford and, as David Moyes’s side tried to see the end of the game and protect their stoppage time lead, the attacker decided to hit Richarlison when the striker tried to catch the ball after being brought down by a tackle.

The Twitter account of an Everton supporter uploaded a snippet of the interrogation of the incident. “HOW IS IT NOT A RED??? » and a Liverpool fan took to the popular social media platform to reply: “Aaron Cresswell lived out every Liverpool fan’s dream today. He scored against Everton and kicked Richarlison in the ribs 🤣.

West Ham’s number 3 received a yellow card from referee Michael Oliver and VAR Andy Madley briefly controlled the incident; he decided to keep the decision on the field and was glad Cresswell remained on the ground.

It’s quite puzzling why Richarlison would hold his face while playing a series of roles to hype up the incident, but it seemed bad enough coming from the West Ham man.
