New Record, 19 Million Bitcoin Successfully Mined

KOMPAS.com – Bitcoin (BTC) has set another new record in history. Crypto currency (cryptocurrency) was successfully mined to reach 19 million coins on Friday (1/4/2022).

This figure marks the highest amount of Bitcoin available stock since it was first discovered by Satoshi Nakamoto in January 2009.

The 19 millionth Bitcoin is mined in block 730002 belonging to mining platform SBI Crypto. For each block owned, SBI Crypto is able to mine up to 6.32 BTC which has a value of 293,000 US dollars (approximately IDR 4.2 billion).

Bitcoin’s achievements have attracted crypto activists, one of which is Morgan Creek Digital Assets Co-founder Anthony Pompliano.

The man who once served as Lead Growth at Snapchat announced the big Bitcoin celebration through a post on Twitter.

“Bitcoin ke-19.000.000 just mined. Only 2 million bitcoin more left,” he wrote.
