Some French cities are more conducive to sleep than others. Here are the ones where the French sleep best, according to a study conducted by bedding specialist Emma.
To establish this rankingthe professionals analyzed the quantity and quality of sleep of the inhabitants of 50 cities, rated out of 100.
Besançon and Rennes
And in the lead, we find Besançon (Doubs) and Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), which obtain the perfect score of 100/100.
Brest
In second place in this ranking is the city of Brest (Finistère), with a score of 99.90/100.
Clermont Ferrand
The podium is completed by Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-Dôme). The city has a score of 93.80/100.
Dijon
To quickly fall into the arms of Morpheus, we can count on Dijon (Côte-d’Or), rated 92.80/100.
Le Havre
Next comes a town located in Seine-Maritime. With 90.10/100, Le Havre offers its inhabitants quality nights.
Reims
In sixth place is the unofficial capital of the champagne-producing region: Reims (Marne), rated 90/100.
Bordeaux
Then towards the south-west of France. Located in Gironde, the city of Bordeaux is evaluated at 89/100.
Angers and Le Mans
The experts awarded the score of 87.60/100 to Angers (Maine-et-Loire) and the city of Le Mans (Sarthe).
Lyons and Grenoble
This top 10 also includes two cities in the Rhône-Alpes region. Lyon (Rhône) and Grenoble (Isère) obtain 87.10/100.
