With the approval of the Sostegni-ter decree, the benefits of the facilitated definition are maintained. Furthermore, the payment can be made directly to the current account.
The D.L. 4/2022or the new Sostegni-ter decree, will allow the payment of the installments due in 2020 and 2021 by April 30, 2022. Furthermore, the benefits provided for by the facilitated definition will remain intact and the scrapping-ter and the balance and excerpt of the tax bills.
Therefore, the installments due in the two previous years must be paid by 30 April and, therefore, proceed with the payment referring to the deadlines of the current year, but by 30 November. Furthermore, the payment can be made directly to the current account.
Scrapping-ter, payment directly to the current account
The payment referring to the installments due on April 30th can be made through direct debit from the current account of the taxpayer. However, it is necessary to activate the payment mandate directly in the bank within a certain deadline, obviously referring to the end of the installment.
Specifically, here’s what the deadlines provided for by Legislative Decree 4/2022, support decree-ter:
- April 30, 2022for installments due in 2020;
- July 31, 2022for installments due in 2021;
- November 30, 2022for installments due in the current year.
As regards, however, the payment of the expiring installments, you can take advantage of the classics bulletins which will be attached to the “communication of the sums due”. To make the payment through the bulletin, you can proceed through the service “Paga on-line“, Or through the channels provided by Poste Italiane, banks and related Payment Service Providers participating in pagoPA.
This means, therefore, that the expiring installments can also be paid at the affiliated merchantssuch as betting shops, supermarkets, tobacconists, newsagents and bars.
Furthermore, as already mentioned above, it is possible to pay the expiring installments, referring to the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, by means of direct debit from your current account. The Revenue Agency, in fact, has declared that it will be possible to ask your credit institution to pay the installments through a current account.
To do this, simply submit a request for activation of the mandate to the account holder’s own bank. The aforementioned request must be sent at least 20 days before the expiry of the installment to be paid.
