Bruce Willis made his breakthrough in the US in the mid-80s in the popular television series “Moonlighting”. In 1988 he made his worldwide breakthrough in cinema in the action film “Die hard”.
Over the next few decades, Bruce Willis became one of the most popular (comedy) action heroes in Hollywood. He acted in “Pulp fiction”, “12 monkeys”, “The expendables”, “Armageddon”, “The sixth sense” and “Red” among others.
