And hold on tight: the dimensions are 1.04m and no less than 50 kg of good filling! The previous record was 83 cm. A sandwich that we challenge you to devour! The result was validated by a bailiff and the pan bagnat will be entered in the Guinness Book of Records.

- 1.5 kg broad beans,
- 10 kg of tomatoes
- 6 kg of peppers
- 800 g of spring onions,
- 5.5 kg of tuna,
- 1.2 kg of radishes
- 1.5 kg of anchovies,
- 3 kg of Nice olives,
- 50 eggs,
- no less than 2 liters of olive oil
- basil leaves.
