Mango settles on Fifth Avenue in New York, one of the city’s main thoroughfares.
With its new flagship, Mango lands in one of the most exclusive shopping areas of Fifth Avenue, the Plaza District. The brand will occupy nearly 2,100 square meters of sales area in the Grande Dame building, located at number 711 New York Avenue. This is a historic building dating back to the late 1920s, which has housed companies such as NBC, Columbia Pictures and Coca-Cola. The brand plans to inaugurate the establishment, which will offer the Woman, Man and Kids lines, during the first half of 2022.

This new opening is part of the expansion plan in the United States, which the company announced at the end of 2020. In 2021, Mango opened four stores in the country, in the Menlo Park and American Dream shopping centers, located in New Jersey, Roosevelt Field in New York and Dadeland in Miami, Florida.
The brand has been present in the United States since 2006. Mango strengthened its commitment to the American market at the end of 2017 with the renovation of the SoHo store and the agreement signed with Macy’s in 2019 to accelerate online growth. With this new opening, the brand will have nine points of sale in the country.
