A resident of Lure, aged 52, was checked at the wheel of his cart with an alcohol level of 2.34 g per liter of blood, Saturday evening at 11:10 p.m., in the agglomeration of Melisey. This is a first offense for this gentleman who has never passed the license, specifies the gendarmerie.

No license withdrawal, necessarily, in such a case, nor points. As for the vehicle, it could possibly be seized if a judge so decides.
