Mipaaf sends the Agricultural Park decree to the European Commission for the last ok
(Rinnovabili.it) – Green light to incentives for the agricultural photovoltaic. By signing the decree of the Minister of Agricultural Policies Stefano Patuanellithe project Parco Agrisolare finally comes alive. The initiative is part of the funded action lines of the National Plan for Resumption and Residence (PNRR) and aims to encourage the installation of agricultural photovoltaics without soil consumption. In detail, the intervention, worth a total of 1.5 billion euros, supports the installation of solar modules on buildings for productive use in the agricultural, livestock and agro-industrial sectors. The target? Being able to support 4.3 million square meters, adding at least 375 MW of new green electricity capacity.
The decree signed by Patuanelli contains the implementing rules of the measure. “Thus – the law on the ministerial website – starts the diversification of energy sources, pushing on renewables, which represent a central element to reduce the energy costs incurred by companies in the sector”. The text had already been approved by the State-Regions Conference but before proceeding with the calls for the allocation of resources, you will have to wait for the approval of the European Commission.

Including the removal of asbestos from the roofs or the insulation and ventilation of the stables, aimed at animal welfare. The decree specifies how 40% of the resources are reserved for the financing of projects to be carried out in the regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.
Soon Mipaaf will also sign an agreement with the GSE to delegate to the body the implementation role and some of the monitoring, control, reporting of expenses and targets functions.
