A woman is in serious condition after being stabbed in an upper Manhattan apartment in a possible domestic violence case.
The 32-year-old victim was found Monday morning by authorities in an apartment on the third floor of a building on 160th Street in Washington Heights.
The woman had stab wounds to her neck and torso and was transported to an area hospital. Authorities are searching for the victim’s boyfriend, who reportedly fled the scene.
“Hey, look, I even bristled, that’s sad, that has to stop,” said a neighbor.
“That’s very toxic lately because all the situations that happen, if you don’t want me, go your way, I’ll follow mine, I don’t have to hurt others. They are great people, let them continue and you follow,” another neighbor added.
The authorities ask the public that if they have any information about this case, do not hesitate to call 1-888-57-pista.
