Denzel Washington and Bradley Cooper Can Calm Will Smith After Slapping Chris Rock

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Actor Denzel Washington and Bradley Cooper seems to calm his comrade, Will SmithOf Oscar 2022.

Especially, after movie stars King Richard it slapped Chris Rock on stage.

The incident began with a joke made by Chris Rock about Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, who is now bald.

Columnist The Hollywood Reporter Scott Feinberg captured the moment Denzel Washington approached Will Smith during a commercial break and shared it on Twitter Monday (28/3/2022).

“During a commercial break, Will Smith is pulled aside and entertained by Denzel Washington and Tyler Perry, who beckon him to drop (the joke is from him),” wrote Scott Feinberg, quoted from PageSixMonday.

“Will seemed to be wiping tears from his eyes as he sat back down with Jada, with Denzel comforting Jada and Will’s representative by his side.,” continued Scott Feinberg.

After the incident, Will Smith was named the winner of the Best Actor category.

He made a statement during a speech on stage.

“At your highest beware, that’s when the devil comes for you,” said Will Smith.

It seems Will Smith needs to be calmed down further as Bradley Cooper was also seen chatting with Smith during the break.
