(NOTICIAS YA).-In March 2019, 35-year-old officer Peter Herrera was shot dead by a man he had detained for a traffic violation in the community of San Elizario.
Today on Herrera’s third death anniversary, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office released a proclamation honoring the fallen officer.
