In October 2021 in Dialan-sur-Chaîne (Calvados), the nephew had carried complaintassuring that his uncle had not honored the payment from telephone that he had sold to her, several months earlier, for the sum of 100 €.
However, the plaintiff explained that he had only recovered €25, his eldest, who had changed number in the meantime, had refused to pay the rest, judging that the device was ultimately not worth as much.
The day after his first complaint, the minor repeated his gesture after death threats against Messengeraiming at him, sent to his mother :
“It’s going to end badly”, “Keep it well your fag kid”, “Your son, I meet him, I kill him”…
Of course, the respondent said that he could not bear to see the law enforcement visit him after the first complaint has been lodged. “It’s abused,” he said, claiming to have “nerves” against his nephew and want to “settle it” with him. According to the uncle, there was never any question of paying €100.
Native of Deauville
Aged 26, this native of Deauville, father of two children, has four convictions on his criminal record, including one for damage and violence, and several narcotics cases. According to his nephew, he would consume and resell cannabis.
The defendant, unemployed, did not appear at the hearing on Wednesday and was not represented by a attorney. The criminal court had to look into this case after the failure of a criminal composition.
Referring to his judicial past, the public prosecutor, Pierre Vrinat, contented himself with suggesting a fine of €500. An opinion followed by the single judge, Julie Vissault.
