The biological will be applied AstraZeneca and tiresome in the municipalities of Acaxochitlán, Actopan, Alfajayucan, Atlapexco, Calnali, Cardonal, Chapulhuacán, Eloxochitlán, Huautla, Huazalingo, Huehuetla, Huejutla de Reyes, Jacala de Ledezma, Jaltocán, Juárez Hidalgo.
Metztitlán, Mineral de la Reforma, Mixquiahuala de Juárez, Molango de Escamilla, Progreso de Obregón, San Bartolo Tutotepec, Santiago de Anaya, Tenango de Doria, Tepehuacán de Guerrero, Tlahuiltepa, Tolcayuca, Villa de Tezontepec, Xochiatipan, Yahualica and Zempoala.
