At the start of the year, the Haute Joaillerie houses never cease to dazzle us with their collections combining both traditional know-how and ultra-modernity.
The Galons Dior line from the eponymous house is no exception to the rule with these pieces marked by a… very organized disorder.
The collections follow each other but are not alike with Victoire de Castellane, artistic director of jewelry at Dior. And for good reason, she dazzles us once again with Galons Dior, the Haute Joaillerie line. Inspired by couture as Christian Dior conceived it, Galons Dior explodes with modernity. It’s a real reinterpretation of the braids, these fabric ornaments with delicate scrolls. In each room, there are “ohs”, “ahs”, and “wows” which escape into the discreet and intimate lounges of the house. In total, 81 jewels of striking beauty, of which here are a few favourites.
Perfect illustration of a “very organized disorganization” with this cuff bracelet which perfectly combines white gold, pink gold and yellow gold. The whole blended in this way ensures a flagrant contrast enhanced by the brilliance of the diamonds cut in multiple shapes.
