Primary Arhan arrived in Japan this Thursday (17/3/2022). Tokyo Verdyhis new club, suddenly welcomed the arrival of Arhan.
The former PSIS Semarang recruited by Tokyo Verdy departed from Jakarta, Wednesday (16/3) evening WIB. Arhan arrived in the morning local time. Arhan went alone to Sakura Country.
The Indonesian Embassy in Japan welcomed, as well as picked up the 20-year-old player. Arhan is scheduled to be officially introduced as a new player by Tokyo Verdy soon.
“Arhan has arrived in Japan. Welcome to the club Verdy. As a precaution against the spread of COVID-19, (Arhan) has not been able to join and come to the club’s training facilities,” wrote Tokyo Verdy on Twitter.
This news is quite encouraging because Arhan has been taking care of documents in Indonesia for a long time. Even though Verdy has announced the recruitment of Arhan since February 16 last.
Apart from that Arhan still had to take care of documents, Japan also had time to close the border for foreigners. That’s why many new foreign players and coaches who join the J.League club have their arrival delayed.
Only foreign players and coaches who have had a career in Japan from the previous season are allowed to enter. Now the restrictions on foreigners entering Japan are finally slowly being opened.
Primary Arhan is one of the beneficiaries of this concession. He is counted as a foreign worker who gets permission to enter the Sakura Country.
Meanwhile, Primary Arhan ensured a two -season contract. That way it will play together Tokyo Verdy for the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
