Jurgen Klopp insists that all is well with Mohamed Salah despite having him reserve for Liverpool’s win over Arsenal in the Premier League.

The 29-year-old picked up the injury in the Reds’ 2-0 win over Brighton last week, having scored a penalty just four minutes earlier.

As Salah limped off on the south coast and then missed Monday’s training session, doubts began to grow over whether the star was Liverpool it will travel to north London or not.

But Salah was able to recover and do just that -though not enough to make the team’s starting XI Jurgen Klopp and missed an important game against Arsenal.

“He did it, he’s only had one training session, everything is fine and fine. He can come in very well,” said the Reds boss as quoted by Sky Sports, Thursday (17/3/2022).

They have the opportunity to make changes. Naby Keita is in a very good moment but his team has a chance to make changes so need to use the players when they are ready.

“Thiago Alcantara is ready. I think it will be the right one. We have to be compact, close the right gaps and keep it our way,” he said.
