Munich (dpa) – In a violent argument between two groups of young people in Munich, an 18-year-old was killed and a 15-year-old was seriously injured.
Nothing is known about the background to the dispute in a square in the Milbertshofen district late Monday afternoon, the police said on Tuesday. It was said that the perpetrator or perpetrators were being sought.
The 18-year-old man was transported to the hospital under ongoing resuscitation and died there from his serious injuries, the investigators said. The police initially gave no information on how the 18-year-old was killed. The 15-year-old, who according to the officials was injured with a sharp object and taken to the hospital, is not currently in acute danger. The homicide squad is investigating and is asking possible witnesses for information.
