This Monday, March 14, 2022, the Histoire d’or jewelry store, located on the ground floor of the Centre-Deux shopping center in Saint-Étienne, was the subject of a robbery attempt around 10 o’clock.
Armed with hammers and iron bars, three men hooded broke the windows to steal the jewelry.
The gassed security guard
Despite the violence of the scene, a security guard chased the criminals. He was still gassed in the face by a tear gas canister.
The police quickly intervened. Samples of traces and material evidence were taken. Any no one was injured. An investigation is underway for armed robbery.
