If it wasn’t enough that only the high-end iPhone 14 models were supposed to get a new display and possibly a better camera system, a new rumor claims that the entry-level models could also not be faster.

First, he reiterates what we’ve been hearing for quite some time now. : there will be no mini model this year and the range could look like this: a 6.1-inch iPhone 14, a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, a 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro and a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max.

According to earlier rumors, the notch on Pro models will be replaced with a double pill and hole cutout designand they could also remove the main 12-megapixel rear camera in favor of a 48-megapixel camera which will further cement their reputation as the best camera phones.
Apple is reportedly working on a new A16 Bionic processor which is expected to be slightly faster than the A15 chip that powers the iPhone 13 series as well as the iPhone SE 3, given that it will likely be made using the more advanced 4nm technology. .
It turns out that this chip will only equip two new models. Kuo asserts thatApple will only equip the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max with the A16 Bionic, and the iPhone 14 and 14 Max will stick with the older A15 Bionicwhich is fast enough.
Faster RAM on Pro models
It also says the lineup will start with 6GB of RAM, which would be an improvement considering the entry-level iPhone 13 models have 4GB of RAM. Here too, Apple will maintain a distinction between the standard and Pro models, as Kuo clarifies that only the Pro models will get the faster LPDDR 5 RAM that competitors have been using for some time and the other two models will continue to use the technology.
