Before interrupting the TV broadcast, Ovsyannikova published a video in which she says, among other things, that she is embarrassed to work for the Kremlin’s propaganda.

– What is happening in Ukraine now is a crime. And Russia is the attacker. And the responsibility for this attack lies on the conscience of only one person, and this person is Vladimir Putin, Ovsyannikova says in the video.

She goes on to say that she has a Ukrainian father and a Russian mother.

According to Sky News`information she was apprehended after storming the TV broadcast.

The state TV channel Channel One must, according to The Guardian be the main source of news for many millions of Russians, and strictly follow the Kremlin’s line.

Strict control
