The mayor of Stamboliyski municipality, who is also the regional coordinator of GERB Plovdiv region – Georgi Maradjiev, was elected a member of the Control Commission during today’s National Assembly of GERB.
Maradjiev’s post on Facebook:
“Today is a good day for GERB Plovdiv region! I have been a member of GERB since 2015. I have been a regional coordinator for almost four years. I am proud of what I have achieved and the work of my colleagues and friends in the region. 11 mayors out of 17 in Plovdiv region !!
No loss in all elections! We are the team behind all these results. And at the National Assembly today I was elected a member of the Control Commission. This is not a recognition of my work.
I thank Mr. Borissov that with this proposal he appreciated the work of all those who have been giving for years for the election victories of GERB in Plovdiv region.
Today marks the beginning of the end of a short Harvard fiction. Mr. Borissov, do not regret that you gave your soul for people who do not deserve to know even your name!
In this difficult time for 90 percent of the Bulgarian people it is important to have someone to protect our national interest and our survival.
