On Friday, March 11, 2022, at approximately 3:30 p.m., inside a residential building in the vicinity of Davidson Avenue and West 190 Street, an individual placed the 27-year-old victim in a ‘lion kill’ lock.

In the case of the rape of the young woman in the Bronx on March 11, after the subject applied that key and raped her, the individual fled the scene on foot heading south on Davidson Avenue.

In addition to the injuries from the sexual assault and its psychological impact, the woman, whose identity has not been revealed for obvious reasons, suffered lacerations to her nose and mouth. She was transported to an area hospital by EMS.
