Notre Dame d’Ayomé Hospital (HNDA) located 6 km from Atakpamé on the way to Kpalimé is recruiting an Accountant.
The candidate must have proven experience in the field of accounting and management. He or she must be honest, dynamic, proactive and have a sense of deadlines.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main tasks:
1- Ensure the accounting and finance of the hospital
Maintain hospital bank accounts;
Make all payments by check or cash;
Domicile salaries in the various financial institutions and ensure the accounting management of payroll, advances and installments;
Ensure the accounting follow-up of the various stocks;
Prepare budgets with the Director and ensure budget monitoring;
Perform the imputation and recording of all accounting documents with the SAARI Compta and payroll accounting software;
Ensure the archiving of accounting documents according to the established procedure;
Coordinate year-end inventories and record fixed assets in accordance with procedures;
Ensure the coding of all fixed assets according to the established procedure
Ensure the application of administrative, accounting and financial procedures;
Control the operations of the agents placed under his responsibility;
Manage inactive values (health books and receipts)
Check secondary cashiers against documents
Produce monthly bank reconciliation statements;
Produce weekly and monthly reports;
Assist in the preparation of financial statements;
2- Ensure the administrative management of Human Resources
Ensure the proper application of the internal regulations by the staff;
Ensure the regularity of monthly payments to social and tax organizations;
Maintain personnel files and update the various HR documents;
Manage payslips in collaboration with the Director;
Participate in the safety of people and property;
Manage the post office box and mail together with the administrative assistant.
3-Logistics and Other Responsibilities
Participate in the supervision and training of interns
Participate in the monitoring of hospital activities
Participate in the development of the PAO
Depending on the evolution of the structure, manage the schedules for the use of vehicles and fuel coupons, as well as any other material of the structure.
Ensure the good order of offices and the maintenance of furniture and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
BAC+2/3 diploma in accounting;
Relevant professional experience of at least (2) two years in accounting
