If you are planning to renovate or build an individual house, and you are not connected to the mains drainage network, the installation of a non-collective sanitation system is inevitable.

Two choices of micro-stations: the PureStation from the Aliaxis brand and the easyOne from the Graf brand. These two stations guarantee flawless purification efficiency and allow you significant economic gains.
The strong point of the easyOne micro-station, for example, lies in its treatment in a single tank. It consumes very little energy since it has no electrical parts in the tank.
Added to the installation of a micro-station or a compact filter, it is possible that you should install a lifting station: if gravity evacuation is not possible for example. In other cases you will be required to install this product. All our lifting stations come from the Calpeda brand, with which the Sagéau network has been working for several years.

Because the maintenance of all sanitation and rainwater treatment devices is essential for their durability, the company has chosen to offer you a single maintenance contract. This contract includes various services:

- Commissioning (before contract)
When your system is installed by a digger, or by yourself, a Sagéau technician comes to your home to make the connections, checks, etc. (depending on your product). When your device is in working order, an explanation of the device is provided by the technician: to explain to you how it works and the correct actions to adopt.
Following this commissioning stage, the technician will suggest that you subscribe to the maintenance contract for a peaceful future.
Every year, we contact you to schedule the annual maintenance appointment for your Drainage or Rainwater Treatment system. We always make sure to best adapt to your schedule by setting all our appointments on the same day in the same area.
During this maintenance, a general cleaning is carried out and multiple operational checks as well. Thereafter, a report is sent to you end customer, as well as to the SPANC of your municipality so that they have a follow-up of the installation of their (s) sector (s).
- Travel in the event of a breakdown or malfunction
If you notice very strong smells, an unusual noise, an abnormal light on, the only thing we can advise you is to contact us quickly. When you are on a maintenance contract with Sagéau, you have priority over interventions and we make sure to intervene as soon as possible.
Of course, travel and labor will not be charged to you; we only charge for the parts to be changed if necessary.
