Dijon rolls out the red carpet for its future engineers

By investing 24 million euros in the construction of the EST-OSEO metropolitan campus, the metropolis of Dijon and the Region, which shared the costs, did not do things by halves. The two private engineering schools now have an ultra-modern 10,000 square meter building, “probably the trendiest and most connected building in the sector today” welcomes François Rebsamen. The president of the metropolis inaugurated the new infrastructure on Tuesday March 8, in the company of Marie-Guite Dufay, president of the Region, and the heads of the two schools. On four floors, the building has 44 teaching rooms, eight research laboratories and a central and flexible amphitheater with 400 seats. “Our students not only have good working conditions, but can also use the building’s data and resources to launch study and research projects. It’s a real sandbox that allows them to develop their experiences and knowledge during their training.” rejoices Carlos Martins, ESEO Dijon campus director.
