The Norwegian music group KEiiNO consisting of Alexandra Rotan (25), Fred-René Buljo (34) and Tom Hugo Hermansen (42) is currently touring in Australia. The band is known from when they represented Norway in the “Eurovision Song Contest” in 2019.
Rotan recently fulfilled her dream when she was given the opportunity to keep a koala.
The singer, on the other hand, was sent to the emergency room this weekend with pain and a large rash. She was scratched by the koala and had to go on antibiotics.
On Tuesday, Rotan’s condition worsened and she was again rushed to hospital.
– I went from feeling good and healthy, to 39.5 ° C in fever. I started shaking and had trouble breathing, she writes on Instagram.
She further writes that the doctor was afraid that the infection from the weekend had spread to something worse.
– I was so scared, but the nurses and doctors took good care of me.
At the hospital, the 25-year-old received four bags of intravenous penicillin, and is now discharged from the hospital. KEiiNO will continue touring Melbourne and Daylesford for their last two concerts.
