This Wednesday, March 9, the hotel school Ferrandi Paris unveiled its future campus, which will settle in the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. It is due to open on May 6.
850 m² for two kitchen and pastry laboratories. A substantial surface area for the new campus of the prestigious hotel school Ferrandi Paris. And this camp is in Dijon, in the International City of Gastronomy and Wine, that he is setting up.
This will be the fifth campus opened by the gastronomy and hotel training center, after Paris, Saint-Gratien, Bordeaux and Rennes. This will be located in the “canon of light”, the showcase building of the Cité.
This is the promise made by the institution. Two types of programs will be open to students:
- an “intensive” program taught in English. It will allow students to acquire the professional skills necessary to launch their culinary career. This course will be divided into four months of training and an internship.
- another program aimed more at adults, who want to learn the basics of cooking or baking. This will be given in French.
Ferrandi Paris was created 100 years ago. In the heart of the capital, no less than 1,400 students occupy the 25,000 m² of the school. Here, students serve “real” customers.

Across the entire network, 200 teachers are involved. 100 are permanent professors, 100 professionals. This frame “high level“leads to a high professional integration rate: 9 out of 10 students have a job 7 months after leaving.
As a reminder, the City of Gastronomy is due to open its doors on May 6.
