Russian Presidential Adviser Dmitry Peskov said in a statement that he had submitted a list of demands to the Ukrainian government.
Among other things, they demand that Ukraine end all military operations, recognize Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea as Russian and change the constitution to ensure Ukraine’s independence, writes Reuters.
If Ukraine does this, Peskov claims that they will end the war with “a moment’s notice”. He also claims that Ukraine is aware of the requirements.
