For 14 years, they have planned to demolish the reviled Posten’s letter center. Now it will stand and become the foundation for two high-rise buildings.
– We took a timeout. And should really just adjust the project. Then we realized that we could think completely new.
A year ago, Eskild Rolstad, director of development at KLP real estate, submitted a proposal that would make the controversial high-rise project close to Oslo S edible.
