The Baleària Foundation and Ibiza Diary They have renewed the collaboration agreement signed last year through which they organize exhibitions and various activities at the Club Diario de Ibiza from March to June. With these actions, the Baleària Foundation makes known prestigious artists on the island.
The first exhibition that is part of this agreement opens on March 8. Under the title ‘Tres a L’Índia’, it shows the photographic work of Natasha Lebedeva, Beatriz Polo and Rif Spahni during their trip to Anantapur as part of the Mata Sombras solidarity project of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation.
In April, ‘Canyissos’ offers a selection of the pictorial work of more than 50 artists, some of them pitiusos, made on the canyís that was used in Porreres (Mallorca) to dry apricots. May brings the work of the Valencian painter Uiso Alemany with his exhibition ‘Take your eyes out of painting’. While in June, the Majorcans Luis Maraver, José Manuel Menéndez Rojas, Joan Costa and Mariano Mayol show their latest works together.
