RAMÓN Rojo: With depleted soils it is difficult to reduce chemical fertilization

Los Mochis, Sin., (GLOBAL MEDIA).- Due to the bad field practices that have been carried out for decades on agricultural land, burning socas, abuse of ammonia and pesticides that damage the microbial flora, it will be difficult to try to lower doses of chemical fertilization, since the soil is practically inert, said the chemical engineer Ramón Rojo.

He stressed that despite the fact that the earth provides us with all the food and satisfiers we need to live, we have dedicated ourselves to destroying it because it has little life left and day by day it requires more fertilizers to produce.

The nutrition expert warned that what we are eating only makes us hungry, but it no longer nourishes us due to the depletion of the soil from which most of the minerals that our bodies require to stay in balance have been extracted.

He adds that it is time to use bio fertilizers that can be produced through bio factories and invited producers to the next international workshop on Organic Agriculture that will take place from April 27 to 30 at the Eco Agro facilities. in Guamuchil, Sinaloa
